Matrix Consultancy is active in the community of Milton Keynes.

Jonathan Bailey holds a number of senior positions in the local community, including:

• Vice Chair of Governors at Leon School and Sports College, Bletchley. The Lakes Estate was one of the first areas of MK to be developed. Leon has its social and racial challenges but all students deserve a good education to equip them for employment when they leave.

• Chair of the trading company at Cornerstone Church. Located in the centre of Milton Keynes, the City Church is a landmark building. It is open seven days a week for a wide variety of religious (not restricted to Christian), secular, community and civic uses.

• Chair of Relate MK. A leading charity in helping individuals and couples maintain better relationships.

• Trustee of the Volunteer Centre, MK. An important agency in MK to promote and encourage volunteering.
